Gary the Gadget Guy is giving out backgrounds if you meet him only in the secret lab.
How to find Gary the Gadget Guy on Club Penguin:
1. Check populuated servers (some say un-populated servers are more likely)
. Check high-peak times on Club Penguin. Normally Saturdays Gary will appear in the Secret Lab.
You can also check my tracker which was my Rockhopper Tracker but temporarily being used as my Gary the Gadget Guy tracker.

when i was loging..it was a puffle
i said what the in my house
i took a long time to fix it 
well now its ok it was the same thing the 5 com.it was in my room
